We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Textile Digital Printing Designer to join our team. As an Experienced Textile Digital Printing Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating digital prints for various têxtiles, such as clothing, home décor, and accessories. You will work closely with the product development team to bring new têxtile products to life, while adhering to production timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and design digital prints for a variety of têxtile products, especially Indian ethnic sarees and dresses.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs meet the product specifications and timelines
• Create and maintain a library of digital print designs
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in têxtile design and have a good understanding of current design trends.
• Work with vendors to ensure accurate color and print quality and have a great taste in color matching.
• Create digital design files for production use and must know how to make pattern repeat and joints.
• Ensure all designs meet company standards for quality and aesthetic appeal and edit designs that are given and provide multiple color matchings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Participate in design meetings to present concepts and receive feedback
• Stay current with advances in têxtile printing technology and software and have exceptional understanding of fabric quality and textures.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in têxtile design, graphic design, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in têxtile design or related field and highly skilled and knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop.
• Good understanding of current design trends and great taste in color matching.
• Must know how to make pattern repeat and joints, and edit designs that are given and provide multiple color matchings.
• Exceptional understanding of fabric quality and textures, and past experience in working with designs for Indian ethnic sarees and dresses.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital têxtile print design work.

Salary : ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
