We are seeking a skilled Digital Fabric Designer to create original fabric manipulation techniques, embroidery, and textile designs.

This role combines artistic skills with technical knowledge to develop digital designs that translate into fabric and garments.
Key Responsibilities :
Design Development :

• Create innovative fabric patterns, prints, weaves, and designs using textile design software.

• Develop color palettes and experiment with dyeing techniques and mixing of materials.

• Research fashion, textile, and consumer trends to stay updated on industry developments.

Material Selection :

• Select suitable fabrics and materials based on design requirements and functionality.

• Source sustainable or innovative materials when needed for the project.

 Technical Skills :

• Use design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CAD to create digital designs.

• Understand textile production processes, including weaving, knitting, printing, and dyeing.

• Prepare technical specifications for manufacturers to ensure accurate production.

 Collaboration :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including fashion designers, product developers, and manufacturers.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand target audiences and market trends.

 Prototyping and Sampling :

• Develop prototypes and samples to test designs and make necessary adjustments.

 Sustainability and Innovation :

• Explore eco-friendly materials and sustainable production methods to reduce environmental impact.

• Stay updated on new technologies and innovations in textile design.
