We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Textile Designer with a Bachelors degree in Fashion to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, textiles, and graphic design, with the ability to create unique patterns, prints, and visual elements that align with our brand identity. This role requires a deep understanding of textile materials, color theory, digital design software, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Develop original textile prints, patterns, and surface designs for clothing and accessories.
• Create digital and hand-drawn sketches, prints, and textile layouts.
• Collaborate with fashion designers, product developers, and merchandisers to conceptualize and execute seasonal collections.
• Research emerging fashion and textile trends, materials, and techniques to ensure fresh and innovative designs.
• Prepare detailed technical packs for production, including specifications on fabrics, colors, and finishes.
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to oversee the sampling and production process.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's aesthetic, target audience, and sustainability goals.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software to create textile patterns and digital prints.
• Manage design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain an organized library of prints, fabrics, and design resources for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing textile and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of textile production processes, print techniques, and fabric compositions.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and surface design.
• Ability to hand-draw and digitally render intricate designs.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on textile and fashion trends.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly textile practices is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge of embroidery, jacquard, screen printing, and digital textile printing.
• Experience working with luxury, or contemporary fashion brands.
