Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include preparing and presenting sales proposals, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field
• 5 -7 years of experience in sales engineering in the textile industry is a plus
• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales processes and techniques
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions
