To drive sales growth by promoting and selling spunbond non-woven fabric to converters across various industries such as shopping bags, rice bags, furniture, disposables, and more. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, develop new business, and achieve monthly sales targets of fabric volume.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the non-woven fabric market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with converters and end-users in diverse industries.
Understand and communicate technical properties and advantages of spunbond non-woven fabric.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competition.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet volume and revenue targets.
Present, demonstrate, and negotiate fabric sales contracts effectively.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM data accurately.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, domestically and internationally.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales within the textile industry, preferably with non-woven/spunbond fabric or industrial textiles.
Strong understanding of fabric types, technical specifications, and end-use applications.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
Good analytical skills and ability to leverage market data for sales planning.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively across India and international markets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
