Enter purchase orders, style codes, product details, and shipment updates into the system manually with accuracy. Maintain and update buyer-wise order sheets, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and costing sheets. Coordinate with the sourcing, production, and quality departments to track order status and delivery timelines. Prepare and maintain fabric and trim follow-up sheets. Assist in preparing internal reports, summaries, and order status trackers. Ensure all manual records are aligned with system data and reflect the current status of orders. Follow up with suppliers and vendors for order confirmations and delivery updates. Provide administrative support to the merchandiser or merchandising team as required.
